The Decree includes 9 Chapters and 39 Articles.

Article 23 regulated the State management power over the quality of the specialized products and commodities.

Point c Article 23 regulates the duties of Ministry of Fisheries in the control of fishery products including “fish and fishery products for export, fish fry, fish feed, fish veterinary drugs, materials, chemicals, bio-products used in aquaculture, fishing gear, fishing net and equipment that requires strict conditions on safety in the fisheries sector”.

The regulations that are contrary to this Decree shall be abolished.
