Selling price of black tiger shrimp in Tra Vinh southern province is decreasing due to abundant supply of this species. Local farmers started their harvest last week, resulted in higher supply of farmed black tiger shrimp in local markets.

The local state media, Can Tho daily newspaper, said all counts of black tiger shrimp are now losing around VND2,000 for each kilogram.
